Barry Vaughan is the Director of Quality and Customer Experience for Chick-fil-A, Inc. In this role, Barry is responsible for producing systems and processes for improving and assessing restaurant quality and measuring customer experience while influencing corporate strategies to design the customer experience of the future. Barry earned his MBA from Kennesaw State University and his BBA from Furman University. He’s been married to his wife Karen for 19 years and has three sons. He is a member of Burnt Hickory Church, loves to sing, is an avid sports fan and loves to coach his son’s athletic teams.
